Hello i have a question was playing on Gladiatorsbet from the group Champion leader S.R,L on a bonus 150% the balance was 1200 the system automatically reduced the balance to 300 euro.The casino was stalling for a week asking for selfies me holding my pasport.Now they have reduced the balance again to 75 euro sending a mail with terms that max cash out is times 3x on a 200% bonus but was not playing on a 200% bonus what can i do?
