Hello, we are not a casino, so you can't win any money with us yet. The prizes are in the form of amazon vouchers, so it is quite possible that you have won that. 

But don't worry, Juraj will send emails to the winners, so you just have to be patient and wait for him and follow the instructions.

Thank you for answering! They sent me the email that I had won a $390 Amazon voucher 2 days ago and they told me that I have to respond to the message to find out if it is me! Since then I have sent about 6 emails in response but no one has answered me In the email they sent me they said that if I don't answer in 7 days the voucher expires! I'm also in the same situation as you, I already got in touch via email, they asked me to respond to their email and then they didn't send anything else, and the worst thing is that my competition ended on 04/01/2024

I won the sweetopia tournament since 04/01/24 they asked me to get in touch by replying to the email, I responded about 3 times but so far I haven't received my reward and they say in the email that the reward expires in 7 days, I need help because my deadline is already expiring.

Hi, you don't have to contact us again, as long as you have done everything according to the instructions in the email you received, then you have to be a bit patient and if nothing happens and we haven't sent you a voucher, then by all means come back and we'll sort it out.  🙂
