Hello, I see that you have been playing in a social casino that doesn't work exactly like a regular casino. 

That's why I'm asking some questions. Is it possible to withdraw what you want as real money? Does the casino have any live chat or support where you asked why your account is blocked?

Sites a complete scam. The reviews on trustpilot are all the same. Blocked accounts. I reached out to the Wyoming gaming commission who is getting involved. The sites not authorized.

Greetings, did the same situation happen to you? Could you let me know when you hear more from the relevant authorities?

Sometimes players confuse social casinos with normal ones and not everything works exactly the same I would say. It can be tricky but if you've been cheated unfairly somehow it's not ok. 

Could you say something more about the situation?

Hi Jaro - I signed up with this site also when it debuted a few weeks ago. They had a ton of facebook posts promoting the big opening day. What they are doing is aloowing deposits, and as players win, they ban the accounts. Iv heard back from the gaming commission. They are not authorized to be running out of Wyoming, and action is being taken place.

Of course, and if they took your account they didn't tell you why it happened at all? What action is taking place?

Hi Jaro - Yes, they closed my account, along with many others and said we violated thier "terms and conditions". Iv read many reviews it happened to users of the site after they tried to redeem. I dont want to say the exact details of my call with Wyoming gaming commission on here, as the website may read it, but feel free to reach out with a message always.

Sure, thanks for the clarification. 

Maybe when the whole situation is resolved you will be able to tell us more. 

Closing an account without an explanation is pretty sad. But casinos often tell at least in general what the player has done, almost never in particular. So at least that's what I would expect them to let us know so we have at least an idea why it happened.
