I have been with VegasPlus (only for Italy, Germany and France) for a few months now and overall it has been a good experience. The level of customer service is excellent. I have been given VIP status and get 10% cashback on deposits of 50 and 100 wager free. They do offer x40 bonuses but I don’t bother. The RTP on the games seem very fair especially compared to other casinos I played on a n the past. They have live chat for about 18hrs a day. Support are quick to acknowledge emails and communication is very good. I did have a withdrawal problem but they assured me it would be OK and in the end it was.
