Hello.

This is quite weird, I must say. Is there any chance someone from the casino simply pressed the wrong button? I mean, can you send an email to the casino demanding an explanation? I would certainly do that!

If this is the whole story, something must be done.

Submitting a complaint is another way to find a solution, though, at this point, I think asking the casino makes sense.
