I currently have three pending withdrawals of €500 each, and nothing has happened for days. I also can't withdraw the remaining euros in my account because I've reached the limit of three active withdrawal requests.
Live support said it should have been processed yesterday and they informed the relevant department that I'd been added to the priority list! But nothing's happened 😀

Once the process is complete, the status of your payout will be updated in your balance history.
I'm starting to wonder how often they have a delay; I already received this text 5-6 days ago in the live chat.
What's really curious is that on April 5th, 2026, €500 was transferred even though a total of €1500 was available for payout, and the other two payments weren't... I don't understand why they didn't process all three outstanding payments at once instead of just one.

Deren Antwort ist die Gleiche wie vor 5 Tagen....

Also ich frage mich langsam, wie oft die denn eine Verzögerung haben, diesen Text habe ich vor 5-6 Tagen schon bekommen im Live Chat.
Kurios das ganze zudem am 05.04.2026 einmal 500€ Überwiesen wurden obwohl 1500€ gesamt zur Auszahlung standen, und die anderen 2 nicht... Versteh ich nicht warum man nicht gleich alle 3 Ausstehende Bearbeitet statt nur eine.

I also played at Spinational and won €1100. But here's the thing: I withdrew everything, and the first €500 arrived after 6 days, but the remaining money has been pending since November 17, 2025. So I think you can write off the rest of your money and you won't get it.
When you contact support, they always say there's a processing delay, but they don't explain why.
I've now given support a deadline. If I haven't received my money by then, I'll report the whole thing to the Tobique Gaming Commission, since they hold the license, and it only expires in May 2026.
I also advise you to contact the Tobique Gaming Commission about this; who knows how many players are waiting for their money.

Because nothing is happening with the payout, I have written to support several times now, and I keep getting the following response, and it's been going on for days: There seems to have been a delay in processing.
So I don't know what's causing the delay each time, because the statement doesn't really make sense, since €500 was paid out on Sunday, April 5, 2026, and the two other pending payments were simply ignored, even though the other two payments were already submitted as requests while the first payment was being processed.

Weil es tut sich nichts mit der Auszahlung, habe nun öfters dem Support geschrieben, da bekomme ich immer folgende aussage und das seid Tagen: Es scheint zu einer Verzögerung bei der Bearbeitung gekommen zu sein.
Also ich weiß nicht was sich da nun jedes mal Verzögert, denn die Aussage passt auch nicht wirklich, denn 500€ wurden am Sonntag den 05.04.2026 Ausgezahlt, und die 2 anderen Anhängigen Auszahlungen wurden einfach Ignoriert, obwohl die anderen beiden Auszahlungen bereits als Anfrage vorliegen bei Bearbeitung der ersten Auszahlung.

After verifying the same documents several times, supposedly to buy them more time, almost 15 days have passed.
