Hello, that's quite unusual, so you're saying you didn't play with the money, yes? Isn't it possible to see some game history in the account or something like that, where it would be clearly visible?

From what I've seen, this casino is not good at all and has a pretty low safety elsewhere with some unfair warnings.

Have you seen them on our site? Didn't you have any money left in the end?

No all they took it and they closed the account

I see.

Try to reply to Katarina who is in charge of your complaint for now.

I hope it will have some kind of good ending, but I won't depend on it. 😥

The other day I deposited there and used the welcome bonus.

The first game I played 100 free spins, I had to reload the slot about 70 times

It's impossible to play 10 euros on a slot machine without it causing some problems.

via si blasphemies miracles I can unlock the bonus

I go to withdraw and they tell me in chat that to withdraw I have to make 100 deposits

Something incredible... the worst experience you can have at a casino!! A real scam!

I can see that the situation with this casino hasn’t been particularly pleasant.

From what you described, the slots were crashing quite often, right? If that’s the case, I have to say that would probably put me off playing there. Frequent freezes or other technical problems would become very frustrating if they kept happening while I was trying to play.

What also sounds quite strange is the part about the deposits. You mentioned that when you wanted to withdraw your money, you were required to make additional deposits, and apparently as many as 100. Why would the casino require so many deposits? Did you ask them for an explanation?

Also, when did you request the withdrawal, or how long have you been dealing with this situation so far?

Thanks for the very specific questions.

Before making my first deposit, I had no way of knowing the casino was so terrible (and calling it "terrible" is actually a compliment, considering how they behaved). The slots freeze systematically; you run into problems after just a few spins. But the most absurd thing is that after an error occurs, you can't play that same slot anymore because it shows a zero balance—you're forced to switch games.

As for the withdrawal: I tried to withdraw, but they cancelled it. I asked for an explanation via chat, and they told me I had to make 100 deposits (or deposit $100—to be honest, I didn't even bother clarifying which it was, because I had absolutely no interest in topping up my account on this dump of a site). Now I have $900 in my account, but I don't even feel like playing with it anymore. I can back up everything I'm saying with photos and facts; this isn't a personal vendetta against the casino—it's simply the truth.

That makes the withdrawal part quite a bit more concerning.

Since the $900 is still in your account, I definitely wouldn't play with it or make another deposit for now. The explanation you got from support is also too unclear- "100 deposits" and "a $100 deposit" would obviously mean two very different things.

If they really are saying that you need to deposit more money before they will let you withdraw, I would want them to put that clearly in writing and point to the exact term that requires it. I certainly wouldn't deposit anything just on the basis of such a vague chat message.

Considering that the withdrawal has already been cancelled and you still have the funds sitting there, I think submitting a complaint with us would be reasonable at this point. You mentioned that you have screenshots and other evidence, so those messages about the withdrawal and the additional deposit requirement would be particularly useful there.

For now, I'd leave the $900 untouched.

And just for context, SlotsAmigo currently has a Very Low Safety Index on our site and operates without a licence, so I would be especially cautious with any request to put more money into the account.

I did end up playing with some of the money... I'll get back on the chat later to ask about the withdrawal process again, and this time I'll take some screenshots.

Even if they tell me to deposit just 1 euro so I can withdraw, I won't do it... because this casino doesn't deserve my business... let's see what happens.

Thanks a lot for your interest.

If there's a way to file a formal complaint or do something useful to recover the money—even though I'm not very optimistic about that—the most important thing is preventing other people from falling for this scam.

I'm always available if anything comes up.

Yes, you can submit a complaint with us. I usually recommend this to players who are having withdrawal problems or other issues that cannot be resolved directly with the casino. We generally give casinos up to 14 days to process a withdrawal.

Sometimes a small deposit may be required to verify a payment method, but being asked to make an additional regular deposit simply as a condition for verification or withdrawal is something I would definitely want a proper explanation for.

So if nothing moves forward and you decide you’d like our help, I’ll leave you the link to our complaint form here. Our complaint team can then take a closer look at what happened and investigate the situation.

Thank you very much for your assistance; if I don't resolve the issue today, I will file a formal complaint tomorrow.

Thanks again.

I contacted them yesterday because I wanted an explanation as to why my withdrawal had been cancelled. They told me to email their support team, which I did, but I didn't get a reply. I checked again a little while ago and was told I could submit the withdrawal request again. I’ve already done that, so let's see how it turns out. Anyway, they said it was due to a system error and that my deposit didn't show up in their records. Fingers crossed—I'll keep you posted once I know more.

Alright, so at least there has been some progress.

I’ll definitely be interested to hear your next update, and I really hope it will be a positive one.

Once you have any news, feel free to come back and let me know how things turned out.

Fingers crossed.

Hi, thanks again for taking an interest. I requested a withdrawal on September 4, 2026, at 2:10 PM; it's still pending and can be cancelled. I read that withdrawal times range from 72 hours to 15 days. Something else strange happened, too... the system added $60 to my account. Who knows—let's see what happens. I don't believe they'll actually give it to me; it's more likely they'll just close my account and that'll be the end of it. Anyway, I've taken all the necessary screenshots to document how things went down, just in case we need to file a complaint! Thanks again—I'll let you know if there are any updates.

Well, I’d say there’s quite a big difference between 72 hours and 15 days.

In any case, we’ve just had a weekend, and many casinos don’t process withdrawals during weekends. So that’s something I’d keep in mind as well when counting how long you’ve actually been waiting.

As for the $60 that appeared in your casino account, I’d definitely ask live chat about that straight away. Try to find out exactly what those funds are and why they were credited to your account — whether it’s some kind of bonus or something else.

I’ve seen situations before where a player received bonus funds they didn’t necessarily request or activate themselves. Depending on the conditions attached to them, that could potentially complicate or delay a withdrawal.

So for now, I wouldn’t play with those funds at all. First, find out exactly what the $60 represents and whether there are any conditions attached to it.

You're absolutely right. When I received that 60 NZD, my first thought was, "The bastards... they cancelled my winnings and gave me this measly gift instead"—especially considering the minimum withdrawal is 500 NZD.

So, the first thing I did was cancel that withdrawal and request a new one—this time for 600 NZD, just to give myself a bit more flexibility—and I still had over 200 NZD left in my account.

I'm attaching a screenshot of my transactions from the last month.file

Alright. What I’d recommend now is not cancelling the withdrawal again, because if you submit a new withdrawal request, the waiting period can effectively start over and that may only prolong the whole process.

So at this point, I’d simply wait and see what happens next. I also wouldn’t play with the money in the meantime.

As for the bonus they added to your account, I’d try to find out exactly what it is and, if possible, have it removed so that it doesn’t create another obstacle for your withdrawal.

From the email or screenshot you sent me, I don’t really see anything suggesting that this was a bonus.

Based on what the casino wrote there, it sounds more like a deposit you had made that wasn’t credited properly because of some kind of system error. So it seems possible that you deposited money into the casino, the deposit wasn’t reflected in your balance immediately, and because of the issue the casino described, it was credited later.

If you don’t remember anything like that happening, I’d probably try to check the date, time, or any other details connected to this deposit and see whether you can confirm that it was actually made by you.

But based on the casino’s explanation, this doesn’t really look like a bonus to me.
