I don't see this limit as entirely fair. I know that some casinos have such rules, but personally, I find it sad that they take all your money away just because you managed to win. So if you deposited, say, 3 x 10k, you would still only be able to withdraw 3,500?

Honestly, I don't understand how this is even possible. I've been playing at various casinos for years and I've never had a single problem (thankfully). I could understand if this happened with a bonus balance, but with a real money balance, it’s just not right.

​If I'm not allowed to win more than €3,500, why do they let me place €2,000 bets? They should limit the betting amount if there's a maximum win cap of €3,500. I’m speechless. I’ve opened an official complaint and I just hope it gets resolved for the best. I’m an honest working man; that money would change my life (€93,374.28 euro)
