Well, it is not that simple to just change the rating, as you said. There is a whole process regarding lowering the safety index of each casino.
It is not possible to change it just because a player asks for it, you know. Only whenever players submit complaints and those are unresolved for some reason will the safety index drop.

Bin seit heute morgen auch bei Lex gesperrt ohne dafür einen Grund zu wissen, ärgerlicher noch dazu das noch Geld aufm Konto ist.
Nun frage ich mich was dieser Scheiss soll, zumal es immer schlechter geworden ist bei diesem Sauhaufen.
