I don't know why the withdrawal would have to be restarted for three days. In any case, I'd focus on KYC and verification right now, because you won't get your money without it. This process has to be completed successfully.

Slow and steady wins the race. Involve 3rd parties once you get multiple failed withdrawals. They run under a licensed regulator so i think there just going to stall alot and only pay small bits at a time hoping we bet back the rest.

I then deposited again and won and tried to withdraw some of the money as the limit is £500 and then I got hit with asking for a selfie with my passport, proof of address and proof of funds deposited.
