I honestly don't believe the casino deserves a bad review because you've won less than expected.
You'd be surprised how many reviews are rejected daily based on our approach:
"Hello and thank you for your review. It seems that you failed to mention why the casino is so bad, aside from the fact that you lost. or

As you can see in the review panel, the winning factor is also not included in the rating, because it varies based on many factors.
