Hi, I wanted to say that support should be able to help you with this. It occurs to me that if you don't see it there as a withdrawal method, then maybe the casino doesn't have it. Or maybe they are working on some technical flaws and that's why it's not there, but they should clarify that.
Did you try to ask them specifically if the method will be there? Did you try to ask if you could choose another method?

My account has been verified for a long time. I played a little at the casino and bet on sports. Everything was fine for two months, but as soon as I won money, they started talking about some kind of investigation.
For the first week, they talked about the finance department and how they needed to review my withdrawal request.
A week later, they said something about some technical team, and I'm waiting for a response from them.
Two weeks later, they started saying they were reviewing my bets.
I think they're just making up an excuse not to pay!
