I deposited 30 euros, but didn't receive the welcome bonus. You have a minimum deposit of 20 euros. When I asked in the chat, I was told that I had to deposit 35. I wrote a review about this case at Casino Guru yesterday! No, I only read it afterwards! When making a deposit, the picture shows a minimum deposit of 20 euros! Then you're told it's 35 in your country! I think it's unfair to the player that it's presented like this when making a deposit! Some well-known gaming providers only accept US dollars!

Now I was looking at the Terms and Conditions and I found out that the casino really requires a minimum deposit of €35. I have seen that the Terms and Conditions were changed on January 10 if I saw correctly and this bonus was added by us last year so we will have to fix it. So based on how the casino has it, it's probably correct and I don't think you've looked at it. 

That's right, I didn't read the terms and conditions! But I was told that they apply to my country! In my opinion, it's confusing for players when this isn't included in the offer when making deposits! I had a similar case that I opened at Casino Guru years ago! It involved winnings of over 1000 euros! Casino Guru decided that this was unfair to the player! Because technically it is possible these days to point this out when making a deposit! And how many players or first-time customers actually read the terms and conditions when they're offered an offer!? In my experience, that's very few! At most casinos the minimum deposit is 20 and if not the small print is in the offer! The casino would be well advised to do so! Kind regards!

Clearly that's true, they should have it clearly stated, given the offer. This way it is unlikely that players will just know that they have to deposit €35 when you open the bonuses and the deposit is €20. That would confuse even me. 

Anyway, I always recommend reading the terms and conditions especially for bonuses and not just the ones that would be written on the bonus itself. The player will learn much more, in my opinion, because a lot of things are basically written in the terms and if you fulfill everything from there, you shouldn't be surprised.

Well, that doesn't mean I blame you or something, that was just my advice.

The casino closed its activities in Brazil, I requested a withdrawal of 4760BRL days before the closure and so far I haven't received it. They say by email that they will process it manually but I don't feel confident about that. Should I be worried? I need help!!!
