Beonbet Review rejected for ridiculous reason:
OTHER REASON
Hello and thank you for your review. This is not the proper way of sharing feedback on Casino Guru, because we can't respond to reviews. It's not designed this way. Feel free to write a new review focused on your own experiences with the casino only. Comment about us, preferably on the forum. Thank you for your understanding.
This is my personal experience. It’s a review not a legal deposition. It’s my opinion.
I assume the rejection comes from the statement I made about Beonbet having the "Fair and Safe casino badge". Casino Guru needs to give a collective head shake. You have two open complaints, 1 negative review and no way to gauge whether this casino is Safe and Fair. Have you tried to get verified? Have you tried to make a withdrawal? Have you been ignored when sending verification documents-not even confirmation of receipt of documents? Have you contacted support for help with verification with non-answers from them? No! But what you have done is probably collected affiliate fees from them so they are Safe and Fair. Am I close?
Hello and thank you very much for making the rejection reason so meaningful here.
Your text:
"Stay far away from Beonbet. They will be out of business soon as customers will realize they stall payments and verification purposely. Low withdrawal daily and monthly limits that are not reflected on Casino Guru only found out when you go to withdrawal.
Anytime a Casino stalls verification or payment of winnings it should be a red flag not to deposit.
By the way how in Lords name can Casino Guru designate this as a "Fair Casino". What a load of crap. They consider a Casino fair when they get their affiliate payments on time not how fair they are to actual customers."
Your review is about your opinion on the future and Casino Guru, not the casino. Next time, please feel free to start on the forum. We truly appreciate such content here on the forum, where we can assume and debate.
So do you have any concern you would like to constructively talk about?
Hopefully, we can try without getting frustrated right from the start.
You didn’t address anything that I said in the deleted post. By the way what is the reason for erasing the review for the reviewer if it is denied? Is it to frustrate them because they have to start from scratch?
How about I’ll move things into present tense. Beonbet should go out of business because of poor customer service. Casino Guru rates them as fair because I believe they get their affiliate fees on time. Present tense no future prediction. How about focusing on a coherent answer to this instead of dismissing the post because you think I’m predicting the future!
Dear user,
please focus on a significant difference between the user review and the posts.
User reviews are to provide other players with honest experience—no fortunetelling, no cheerleading and no conspiracies are actual real experiences, don't you agree?
Hence those opinions and suggestions, as well as your questions about Casino Guru, are simply a different type of content and should be placed only on the forum. We cannot respond to your casino review, so any content that is not an actual review will be deleted. It is nothing personal; it is just different content.
I suggest you think about it to prevent other content from being deleted.

This kind of content belongs to the forum only, thank you. Here, we can actually discuss something concrete and constructive. Thank you.
That being said, I’d really like to remind you that so far, you have repeatedly made assumptions without providing any evidence to support your allegations toward any casino. You were already warned that this approach is irrational and unhelpful.
If you want Casino Guru to take your criticism seriously, you must be willing to do more than speculate. Start by submitting a complaint and presenting proof: https://casino.guru/complaints/create 👈
Yes, we are an affiliate site. Yes, we review casinos. And yes, players can influence the Safety Index, but only with verified experiences, not theories.
Would you care to take that step instead of going in circles again?
Hello,
Please change withdrawal amounts to reflect reality. Sent two messages to:Author: Jozef Krucay
Last updated: 22 Oct 2025.
No change as of yet. Sent him proof from terms and conditions. Maybe whoever reads this can make an effort to get it done.
This is directly from Beonbets T&Cs as of today.
6.11. You may withdraw no more than €750 per transaction (or the equivalent amount in the currency of your account), no more than €1,250 per day and no more than €5,000 (or the equivalent amount in the currency of your account) within 30 days, unless we have agreed on a larger amount.
Thanks
Btw Beonbet has made no effort whatsoever to help me verify my account. 2 emails in 9 days in response to the 3 emails I have sent to KYC.
I have read the article on how Casino Guru rates Casinos and they are not very trustworthy by any stretch of the imagination. Reviewers seem to be meteorologists in training. ( no better predicting weather than your cat)

Hello, I can't do that. Forum is not the place, I'm afraid.
If you contacted Jozef, you can be sure the limits are according to the English rules or the update from the casino.
To be fair and square, limits are theoretical numbers and it seems we are about to change the way we process those. No single number can accurately reflect the practical usage for most players.

I'd say KYC is very same as the limits. 🙂
You can't push every single experience into one number; hence, problems with KYC are viewed through the complaints and based on the result, complaints directly affect the Safety Index. It works from the other side.
This is something that is not easily achievable with weather, correct?
Thank you.
Your answer is nonsensical and jibberish. Nothing is theoretical. I posted the actual withdrawal limits according to terms and conditions. I’m amazed how every issue a player may mention is brushed to the side.
I think I can now sum up my experiences with Casino Guru. I’m sure you will tell me how my opinion is wrong. But here it goes:
Casino Guru who pretends to be a players advocate actually is a sophisticated machine for referral and affiliate fees.
Casino Guru rates new, unworthy and unscrupulous casinos with high ratings to generate more clicks and redirections from their site to these casinos. All the while gaslighting players when rumblings about poor service, delayed payments, delayed Kyc and non payment issues build up in forums and complaints start coming in. Sadly most can’t make a complaint as money is lost and patience is gone by the time a complaint can be raised on Casino Guru. Rinse and repeat. Good business idea I guess but in the end Casino Guru is complicit in helping casinos loot unsuspecting players.
Hello Wilder,
I’ll be straightforward, if you don’t mind.
Your posts have been consistently negative, and that’s fine as long as they’re based on verifiable experience and not on assumptions or personal attacks. Unfortunately, most of your messages go far beyond that line.
I’ve noticed you finally submitted a complaint. That’s good, it’s the right channel if you genuinely want to make something happen. But this thread has turned into an endless loop of frustration and blame, not a discussion.
Please try to understand that I’m human too. I’m not interested in personal clashes or ego battles, and I’d really appreciate it if you adjusted your tone. Constructive criticism is welcome here, constant hostility isn’t.
If casinos and the industry make you feel this angry, maybe the healthiest choice would be to take a step back. That’s meant kindly, not as an insult.
I’ll leave this topic closed from my side now.
And by the way, I’ve just read your latest "nonsensical and jibberish" post about another casino and Casino Guru. The situation is really simple: change your tone and we can talk. Keep going like this, and you’ll soon have no one left to talk to.
On beonbet I’ve just been having the weirdest time trying to actually receive my withdrawal! I’ve been in contact with my vip manager consistently but I’ve just been getting a lot of wait for you withdrawal be paitent. I’ve added a wager limit on my account so I don’t risk loosing it! Just wondering if anyone else has had similar issues? Or actually ever received there withdrawal?
Hey, it's good that you came here to share your situation.
As for the withdrawal and VIP, what are they telling you and how long do you have to wait?
What I would like to praise you for is that you set yourself a limit and definitely don't gamble with money.
I'll wait for your reply.
So after weeks I was able to get a withdrawal yesterday of 750$ out of 4600$, so now I’m on the second portion of pestering them to help sort it out. I’m really not gaining much more information besides I have passed it along to the correct department and then notice later that same withdrawal request get randomly canceled so I do the same one again and wait. Each time I’m being told my " vip manager " has sent it for approval and should be taken care of " soon " or even " today ".
I see a wager limit because I know how these things play out and it’s usually in the individuals loosing there money and I’d rather be persistent because I don’t like the way they’ve been going about things than loose it back to them.
I hope that another withdrawal will be really faster then.
Please let us know how it goes.
Second one came fast, but only as I felt i knew where to really push for it at and who to email about it! You just have to stay persistent I believe. So hopefully once I’m able to get all my money withdrawn I’ll be able to close my account! It’s the biggest headache I’ve had with a casino so far in trying to receive my winnings!
Yeah, I guess it always a Rick when playing online casinos! Third one came in without really any hassles. And have a final one pending so we’ll see how that goes. I’ll close my account after though it just was too much of a headache compared to others I’ve played. The bet one I’ve played yet has been stake. It’s only ever taken max 5 mins for a withdrawal to reach my bank. I think they use a different processing. It’s been amazing
