The player is complaining he didn’t receive the bonus consisting of 20 free spins. He didn’t add the promo code during registration, therefore we are forced to reject the complaint.
I was entitled to 20 freespins for registration but I was not recognized because I did not enter the code during registration ... But it was not specified anywhere ..... It promised only the 20 free after sending documents .... ....

"Per ricevere il tuo bonus, segui questi semplici step:
•Registrati con il codice presentatore FTIVA
•Invia i documenti
•Entra in una delle nostre slot nella sezione casinò e ricevi i 20 Free Spins"
I found out we don’t have this fact mentioned in our review, therefore I fixed it right away. However, every player should always read the General and Bonus T&Cs in order to avoid situations like this one.
