I deposited and withdrew and waited 5 business days only to have my withdrawal cancelled they wanted to verify my skrill account which they got in 5 minutes yet they made me wait another 5 business days and today they have cancelled my withdrawal again stating they want my credit card details which they do not need I use eft and skrill this is nonsense what do they want my card details for and the form they want me to fill in is essentially giving them permission to use my card. I would like my money they verified me and my account and do not need my credit card to transfer my money to skrill

Could you please advise if the form has been sent to you by the casino or you have downloaded it from the website? How did you deposit funds into your account, which payment method you have used? Was it Skrill only?

For the time being, I would strongly recommend against completing this form, as it is highly unusual to request such detailed card information.
