I was deposit 100 euro, make a bets and play spins. today my balance is 149Euro< i cant to withdraw about 2 month. I send all my documents. Support says that need to wait sometimes. I wait it 2 month. if you need screenshots or message i ready to give it for you.

Yes my account is fully virifed.i

I didnt get answer about my withdraw (just they say " large number of active requests for withdrawal methods available for your region")

Thik that proplem only with my account.
