Hi

i opened an account with this casino few days ago. I was deposited and tried my luck then sent mail immediately to closed my account permanently because of gambling addiction. But my account wasn’t closed another 20 hours I lost another 950$. Why does casinos need more time to close the accounts if players inform addiction? Please do something for self exclusion process. I am in serious addiction I always chase my losses that’s the reason I sent a mail to close my account immediately but this kind of operators are not following the terms. What the hell js going on ? Please help me. Even they changed the support mail address after I sent the closure mail it was a different address now.

Hello Antony181980,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with ETC Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Could you please advise if you did mention in your request to close your account that you are addicted to gambling? How long after your request did you deposit into the casino? Did you contact them regarding a refund and if yes, what did they respond?

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick

Hi

i already sent the evidences to casinoguru mail address. I made deposits after 20 hours told my addiction. The casino not responding my mails and they were changed the support mail address after I sent the closure mail. The support mail address when I sent the closure mail it was support@gambling-club.ru then they changed it to support@etc.casino. They had a time to change the support mail address but didn’t have a time to close my account.

Please forward the evidences to nikolas.b@casino.guru as I have currently no access to the casinoguru e-mail.

Does it mean that your account is still active as in your initial post you claimed that they closed it 20 hours after your request.

Hi

i sent the closure mail after I lost 300$ initially because of gambling addiction. But my account wasn’t closed for 20 hours I made deposits again 950$. Then I have contacted the live support to close my account. When I did live chat they asked me to send email but I told them I did he replied wait for their response. Then he was closed my account during the chat. Why does they close account when we asked to do it? There wasn’t a option to get chat transcripts copy from the casino. I am very sure they changed the support mail address after I sent the closure mail. They saw my mail but didn’t close my account.

Dear Antony181980,

As you had multiple cases with the exact same issue where me or my colleagues explained that a self exclusion may take up to 3-4 days to be processed depending or which day you requested for it, we will be closing your complaint.

Also please note that no further cases from you will be published where the waiting period of self exclusion is less than 4 days.

Best regards,

Nick
