I have been attempting to withdraw funds from the casino since November 3rd via skrill which is my verified payment method and the one that I used to make my deposit.


Every time I try they tell me that it has been rejected and there is a technical error that they are looking into and that I didn't enter my email when doing the withdrawal which I have attached a screen grab of to show I did. I have also attempted to use crypto and this was also rejected.


They will not provide me with a solution and now I just have funds stuck in the casino. I have attempted to resolve this via chat and email. They have now removed Skrill as an option to withdraw with.

No I have not, as I have explained, they are making it impossible

I literally said this in my message. I have tried Skrill, I was told to do it over and over and then told to do crypto and I was told they would approve it, that has also been rejected. There is NO option to use Skrill. They have rejected my payment despite me meeting roll over and verification requirements for a month now, no matter what I do.

Withdrawal of funds is available for you, you need to create a request for Skrill payment method and then wait for it to be processed.

Previously you created a request for this method, but when creating the request you did not specify the wallet number to which the payment should be made, for this reason the request was rejected.

Please re-create the withdrawal request and do not forget to specify the wallet number when creating the request.

Have you tried using Rapid Transfer (by Skrill)? Also, it's important to specify the wallet number to which the payment should be made, as the casino representative pointed out.

I am using Skrill as they have re-added it and as I have EVERY SINGLE TIME I enter my skrill email because that is how Skrill works. Please see the picture - I am inputting the info as their site allows.


This is not a user issue, it is a casino issue.

They are saying I now have to withdraw to a card - I don't think my bank accepts casino payments and I used skrill to deposit. They are also asking for verification for a method I didn't deposit with or choose to use...

I uploaded proof of card and requested the withdrawal again as per the casinos request and they have yet again cancelled the withdrawal. They clearly have no intention of sending the money.

Try to use this tile to withdraw funds, at the same time enter the card number you used earlier.  

As we can see, earlier you created an application for a card through the tile from which you can withdraw only to MasterCard cards and specified a Visa payment system card.file

So the last withdrawal was crypto as per their instructions.....that being said, yes my card was verified. My crypto is also verified.....


This is beyond disgusting. It has NOTHING to do with verification.


It is a casino with absolutely no intention of paying out. I have attempted to withdraw over 35 times with three different methods. All are verified. Every single attempt is cancelled and then they say they have a technical issue and try another way which is then cancelled.
