I had $25 and I sent to the casino it went through I played it and I won. I even filed for withdrawal my account has been already verified. The problem was I didn’t deposit enough to wager. So I talk to one of the customer service and they said send over 60 and play it and we’ll see what happens I said OK. Well I lost quite a bit of my winnings however I still had at least $2700 to take home. It’s just been a very slow moving progress so bad that their company sends you an email stating that it will be processed in one hour which it’s not an every day you check and they say one more day one more hour maybe one more minute. And nobody can talk to the finance department I would just like the money that I’m due I also have all the transcripts saying you will get paid you will get paid and the thing by my bitcoin says flushed..But nobody can tell me when I’m going to receive payment I need help thank you

Also I understand the back log but you might want to consider once the payer puts in for withdrawal that email that comes within minutes states processing in 1 hr... is misleading and put a real ideal time
