Hi. I recently joined your betting site . I made a deposit and noticed if I tick the box I could recieve a bonus. I do a lot of sports betting. Didn’t realise at the time the bonus was for slots. But that didn’t bother me. I tied to play the slots for my free spins. But every game I played , kept saying restricted country. Am thinking why. When I’ve just placed a load of bets on sports. I leave it for a while. Then a couple of days later I try and withdraw, but it says I can’t because of my bonus rollover. Which I can’t do because it won’t let me play slots. Ive chatted with Juliet Your assistant on telegram to ask her about what can be done. She said she would see someone higher up to help . I heard nothing for 3 days. . So I try and work out how I can play slots to use my rollover balance up. So I used a vpn so it would allow me to , I did not know I could do that . You can clearly see I was just trying to get on slots. Can you help me out with this. I like betting on this site


cryptobet.com replied and said sorry but we have closed your account for using vpn. I looked in there terms & conditions. And finally found it. It does state that. For money laundering.

it should clearly state that a bit more

and I tried to get help from assistant , who didn’t reply after 3 days. I was trying to use my rollover bonus to withdraw my monies. They clearly knew that but because I had £1000 they cleared my complaint from there forum so nobody could see my concern and basically wiped me from any contact with them. It’s a disgrace they can take my money like that.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand that using VPN is strictly forbidden in most casinos. I checked the casino’s T&Cs and I found this:

"Use of VPN or any IP masking technology is prohibited. Use of such technology is grounds for account termination and balances may be forfeited at casino discretion. We reserve the right to request from users identification documents to verify that they are not United States residents, citizens, or involved in any sort of illicit activity contrary to our terms of use. We actively block United States IP addresses from depositing and playing real money games. United States users are able to register on the platform only for the purposes of playing the free games we offer along with participating in our online affiliate marketing program."

Unfortunately, our standpoint is short and clear here – you lied to the casino about your location in order to play slots and there is nothing we could do for you under these circumstances.

If there is any additional information that would support your case, please do not hesitate to contact us, otherwise I will be forced to reject your complaint. Thank you for your understanding.
