The player from Sweden has requested a withdrawal of his bonus winnings. Subsequently, he found his account to be suspended permanently. The casino claimed that the reason was that the player is risky, however the casino ceased to participate on the resolution and did not provide us any supporting evidence. We were forced to close this complaint as 'unresolved'.

I did a deposit with Bitcoins to this casino of 93$ dollars with a 100% deposit bonus which gave me 180$. After that I played slots and got it up to 1203$ and completed the rollover. I requested withdrawal and nothing happened. When I contacted support via chat on their site they said the withdrawal would take 24-48hrs.


When nothing happened for another 12 hours I contacted them again and suddenly I got logged out of my account on their site and was not able to sign in again. I recieved an E-mail telling me "I am in high risk of terms of service violation" and I will be permanently suspended. (I will provide screenshots.)


I can't see where I have possibly broken the terms of service. I have screen shots of their bonus rules pre-bonus aswell as the betting history on my account. I will provide screen shot of the e-mail they sent me aswell.


Please help me solve this.

Hello Casino Guru:


The account has been flagged by the Risk Management Department of our sports betting provider as a High Risk in violation of their Terms of Service. Player's payments were returned as deposit. The Account was permanently suspended. There is no appeal process and this decision is final.
