Deposit took hours to appear in balance despite it being confirmed on the block chain in 20 minutes ,then when my bet won i had to wait almost a day for these funds to appear in my balance despite the fact that the bet was marked as a win as soon as soon as a match was over. Live chat was no help and only gave generic answers like "the internal department is working on your case" etc. Would not recommend this site, I've had countless problems over the months i've been using it from not being able to withdraw to waiting for deposits and bets to settle for a prolonged period of time. The site recently added new features but cant even get the basics right.
