It's been almost 72 hours of me waiting for my withdraw. All I'm getting is generic responses from customer care. A complete runaround after I sent every detail of my life to even verify the account. They won't answer me even to inform if my account is fully verified! I understand that some casinos take longer than others but 72 hrs of getting no where is concerning to me. I won the money fair and square with no bonuses, there should be absolutely no issue regarding a withdraw. I'm very concerned they are giving me the runaround so they won't pay out. Finally after 96 hours of a complete runaround, they paid out. I really did have to fight with them though. I will now try to close my account with them as their customer service really put me off.
