I have deposited over €3,800 at Xonbet in the last three months, most recently a total of €240 on June 8 and 9, 2025. I never play without thoroughly reading the terms and conditions first. At that time, there was no mention of a withdrawal limit of 200% of the deposit.


It wasn't possible for me to deposit €240 and receive a bonus on my account. And suddenly they said a maximum of 200%, or €480.

On June 9, 2025, I finally won over €15,800 in withdrawable funds (screenshots are available). Afterward, I attempted a withdrawal.


Suddenly, support informed me that, according to the terms and conditions, only 200% of the last deposit could be withdrawn. This was news to me and definitely NOT stated in the terms and conditions that were in effect at the time of my registration. I discovered that the terms and conditions had been subsequently changed without notification.


I consider this practice unfair and lacking in transparency. I played honestly and according to the rules and demand payment of my winnings.

3.6.2. In cases where a Player's total winnings exceed five (5) times the total sum of their deposits, maximum withdrawal limit of 5,000 EUR (or equivalent in another currency) within a 30-day period.

3.6.3. The maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus funds is capped at 200% of the bonus amount. Any winnings beyond this limit will not be eligible for withdrawal and will be voided.

I would like to emphasize that, according to our Fair Gambling Codex, we consider imposed win limit to be unfair and predatory only when it’s applied to a real money game; however, we accept bonus T&Cs that restrict the maximum cash out from a bonus play.
