I deposited 660 euros into this casino, but it only reflected 600 euros.

The casino explains that they do not charge a fee and that it is due to the blockchain, but after reviewing the

transaction, it was found that the casino was paid the relevant amount, minus the blockchain gas fee.

Dear andandjonnyx,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem with Winningz Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely:

  • When did you make the deposit and when did you notice the discrepancy?
  • What payment method did you use to make the deposit?
  • Have you received any confirmation from the casino regarding the transaction?
  • Could you provide the transaction hash and the screenshots from your casino transaction history for the deposit?

I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Natalia

This is the casino's deposit history: €200 and €400 have been deposited.

Virtual currency was used for deposits.

This is the actual transaction. As you can see, the euro equivalent of 220 euros and 440 euros have been transferred to the casino's address.

The casino claims that it does not take a commission and that it is due to the gas cost of the blockchain, but the transactions show that €220 and €440 have been paid, minus the gas cost.

Dear andandjonnyx, I have checked the cashier in the casino, and it seems that the system shows you how much money will be paid for a certain transaction so you should have been aware of it. First, I have tried to enter the amount of €400, and the amount that must be paid was 476 USDT. Based on the hash you shared, you paid 470 USDT, which is less. Please, check the screenshots:

When I entered the amount of €200, the system displayed that the amount of 238 USDT must be paid. You paid 235 USDT. Again, see the screenshots:

We cannot confront the casino, because it is obvious that the exact fees were shown to you at the cashier. Even if we consider the exchange rates and the fluctuating nature of cryptocurrencies, the amount you paid exactly matches what the payment system requests now, if anyone would like to make the same deposit as you did.

Due to the aforementioned reasons, this complaint will now be rejected. Thank you for your understanding, I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with this or any other casino in the future.
