Hi.


I got a free no deposit voucher on 50 usd and was told that i could get my winnings out if i validated my acc with the minimum deposit on 80 usd - which i did. I could then get a withdrawal but then they canceled my requests. I tried with the maximum and the minimum. I asked the support on what was wrong and one said: you need additional 120 usd. I said that was wrong since i had already done the minimum deposit on 80 usd. Then i got deleted from the chat. I then logged in on another browser and got the customer service up again and i was explained that i needed 120 usd more to validate it was me, and that i could get it back any time as those money was just for validating. I dont see where the rules for that is as I have screenprinted some of the chats and what people have said. I feel its a scam and thats not what all the operators and customers say about this casino. I want some help here. I want my winnings with the only the first deposit as they already stated was enough.


I havent used any of my winnings and i have screenprints from the chats and what they've said.
