Hello i have problem Description:

I am filing a complaint against TotoGaming regarding systemic technical issues and suspected software manipulation that have occurred over the last 7 months, leading to a total loss of $8,000.

I have identified and recorded three critical problems:

1.Technical Malfunctions: The software frequently crashes or freezes during active gameplay.

Stake-Dependent Lag:

2.The program starts to lag significantly specifically when I increase my bet amount. The slots begin to spin incorrectly and abnormally, which prevents a fair and random outcome.

2.Bet Intervention: Regardless of my deposit (even with $400+ balance), the system seems to manipulate the gameplay every time I set the bet to $10. It feels like an external intervention to ensure a loss.

When a slot game round is initiated, the result is generated instantly by the Random Number Generator (RNG) at the moment you click "Spin." Even if the animation appears to freeze, lag, or spin abnormally, the outcome of the round has already been determined on the server side. The visual animation does not affect the result.

If a connection interruption occurs, the round is typically completed in the background, and the final result is recorded in your Game History. Any win or loss is automatically credited according to the recorded result. Therefore, visual lag does not mean that the outcome was changed or manipulated.

Licensed casinos use certified game providers whose RNG systems are independently tested and audited. Significant losses, even over a longer period of time, unfortunately, do not constitute evidence of software manipulation.
