I have a unique situation that I've never ran into before . What happened was I was granted a Casino bonus of 200$ with playthrough requirements & max bet limit .

Playthrough requirements is 4000$ of which I cleared 3700/4000 ( & have only 10 cents remaining of bonus)but in the process of playing slot "Bass Cash Monstrosity I won 10 Free spins at $8 wager per spin but the slor glitched out & froze on Me & when I contacted customer support 5 day's ago now they admitted it was a technical issue on their end & would contact me via email when their investigation was concluded. I have yet to hear anything back from Tonybet & when I enquired about an extension for bonus because I feel I'm entitled to 10 free spins as per the slot freezing due to a technical issue on their end they won't give me a straight answer...just the same generic copy & pasted reply.

My concern is ( because the bonus expires in 2 day's that ) expiry date is going to come & go that nothing can be done because said bonus has expired.

I'll also note that initially when I contacted customer support they suggested trying troubleshooting techniques such as clearing cache, rebooting device,trying different browsers etc etc. which I did all of above mentioned techniques to no avail.

Hope I explained my situation clearly enough for you to understand & look forward to a response to this matter in a timely fashion.
