Hello,

I have made several deposits through Sofort at Spiritcasino, which is licensed in Curacao. Initially, I was missing €1500 and €2300. My account was charged, but the balance was not available at the casino. When I inquired, they said the money would be returned to my account, which did not happen. According to the VIP manager and in coordination with the account department, the deposit was supposedly resolved, and days later it suddenly appeared in my casino account. Now, there's an issue with €900… the same scenario, €400 was credited after lengthy correspondence back and forth. €500 of deposits from partly December are still missing! I presented my bank statements again! This is solely the casino's fault! It's a scam.
