I created an account on the site. I took a 25e free bet as an opening offer, but I still wagered it and nothing was bonus money anymore.


Without any acceptable explanation and without my permission 175e was stolen from my betting winnings. This cannot be legal; I cannot find any clause explaining why this was done. There´s no reason, and customer service refuse to give reasons. I already tried to be touch in chat and email without reply.


They just claimed via email that I had violated some term. And i don´t know what? Decision is final they say. Wich is ridiculous cause they didn't ever tell what went wrong!!!! Arbitrary.


What makes this outrageous and reprehensible is that when verifying my account, customer service asked for the necessary documents for account verification one by one. That was also very frustrating.


In the end, when the account was verified, and i tried to make 200e withdrawal then 175e was stolen from my account. They left me 25e and i wasn´t able to withdraw cause the minimum amount is 100e


This is FRAUD/THEFT


I already reported this case to MGA and also report to police. This site has to bw SCAM! And now have my personal information and picture of my passport.
