closed my account previously as they were really slow on crypto withdrawals (2+ weeks). after like 2 month i got a promotion mail offering a 300% bonus, and when i tried i could log back in to my account without any problem. unfortunately i used deposited using the bonus and am now trying to close my again. this time for good as it was intended the first time as well. unfortunately live chat can't help as their terms as for an email to complete the closure, but those emails i sent unfortunately weren't replied to either.

i don't want to use it anymore as in case of winning something i want my money right away and not wait for it like 2 or 3 weeks.


yesterday i spammed their live chat and their email address and received an email stating:


"We would like to inform you that, your account has been closed upon your request.


If you would like your account to be reopened, you can contact us again and our team will be more than happy to look into your request.


Our Team wishes you all the best both for your personal and professional life."


on my follow up that i want the account to be shut permanently without an option to reopen it i did not receive any replies again.

I would like to emphasize that closing an account is simple and has almost no impact - the player can reopen the account anytime, and the casino has no obligation to the player. I apologize, but if your account has been closed as per your request, we are unable to offer further assistance. Unless the player requests self-exclusion due to serious gambling problems (which is not the case here), we usually advise players to simply avoid the casino's website if they do not want to play there.
