I am filing a complaint against Richsweeps for refusing to release my $2,000 in winnings despite completing all verification procedures. My experience is as follows:
I won $2,000 while playing at Richsweeps.
Richsweeps requested that I email my payment method to verify my identity, which I did promptly.
They told me the verification and withdrawal would take 24–48 hours. That timeframe has passed, yet my winnings have still not been released. Instead, they repeatedly add another 24–48 hours each time I follow up, with no resolution.
Customer support has been dismissive and unhelpful, avoiding direct answers to my questions and refusing to provide a clear timeframe for when I will actually receive my winnings.
Richsweeps has also encouraged me to keep playing, clearly attempting to get me to spend my winnings rather than releasing them. This behavior is unethical and manipulative.
I am requesting that the gambling complaints site investigate Richsweeps, help me secure my $2,000, and warn other players about these practices. I am prepared to provide any documentation or correspondence to support my complaint.
