I requested a withdrawal from Casino Qbet with an original value of €1,140. This withdrawal was to be made in the form of XRP (Ripple) to my Binance wallet. At the exchange rate at the time, this corresponded to an amount of 2,050.232,558 XRP.

The problem:

For a long time, Qbet claimed the withdrawal had been successful and referred me to Binance several times. Binance, in turn, initially refused to provide any information because I was not the sender of the transaction. Nevertheless, I tried to mediate between the two parties for weeks and months, but was constantly sent in circles without a solution.


Only much later, after repeated and persistent inquiries, did Binance confirm in writing that the XRP had been returned to the sender. I forwarded this confirmation to Qbet support.


Since then, I haven't received any feedback.

Although automated messages promise me a response within 24–48 hours, I've been waiting for several days now without any response. What's particularly irritating is that Qbet support has always responded quickly and reliably to other inquiries in the past. It seems to me as if the issue is now being deliberately ignored since I submitted the receipt for the refund.


Additionally, I have fully documented all my wallet entries and transactions – which clearly show that the XRP never reached me.


I've been waiting for this payout for almost a year now, and the amount has since increased significantly in value. This makes it all the more frustrating that my 2050,232,558 XRP haven't been credited to me yet, even though the error is demonstrably the casino's.


I therefore expressly request the immediate payment of the XRP to which I am entitled.
