Hi there!

Made 2 small deposits of 30 usdt each here. Played 11 days and my account stood 193 usd today when I swapped the coins and asked for 4 mbtc withdrawal which were worth 143 usdt. 20 minutes later ole7.io locked my account. I asked them on chat why I can't login and they told me that after "thoroughly investigation involving 3d parties" they concluded that I breached their rules and they will keep all my money. All this "investigation involving 3d parties" took place in 20 minutes.... I asked for proof of what I did wrong and they refused to do so. They told me that they will keep my deposits so they can mantain my account blocked. So they need the money to physically mantain locked my account 😂. The most nonsense concept I ever heard. So this obviously is deposit-ony casino. I wish I had read about them prior making the deposits...

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? What kind of deposit method did you use, is it your own, under your name? Does anybody else from your household play in the casino? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
