DO NOT USE THIS CASINO. I won $4,500 off a $500 deposit which I withdrew. Whilst it was being processed I made a $200 withdrawal which I lost. They then cancelled my withdrawal for the other and are forcing me to turnover close to a $1,000 total because I deposited $200 that I lost. They are doing anything to get their money back. I promise you that if even if you win money with this casino that there won't be a chance you ever see it! GO ELSEWHERE

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. While many casinos require players to wager their deposits at least once (which is usually stated in their AML policy), we believe that casinos should not request players to wager deposits that have already been lost.
