I had signed up to this casino on Friday 17th January 2025,


After playing some BlackJack and winning,

I noticed that the winnings were not going back into my balance,


I have all supporting game ID numbers to show no payment was made to me for winning.

I have also contacted live support on a number of occasion but say they can't help and need to be dealt with via email.


I have send 5 emails over the last 80hrs with not one response from.


This site is a total scam

The games in the casino are programmed to continue even when the connection between the server of the game provider and you is disconnected. If such an event happens, you can see a different result on your screen than on the casino server. If two different results exist, the correct one is the one on the casino server.

Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. 

  • Do I understand correctly that you only experienced this once with one specific game? 
  • Do you happen to have a video recording or screenshots showing this incident?
  • Have all these bets and their results been recorded in your game history?
