Hi I've been trying to make a withdrawal from the 4th of September 2025 , and I've been getting feedbacks that there were a lot of people in queue before and I just also got rejected 5x during the last week and right through this weekend. I am now trying to make another withdrawal for the 6th time , and it's probably going to be like this I don't know how long for I'm getting very impatient and frustrated to why this keeps happening on my profile on this game site ??? I tried waiting but it got worse.....

This means that it may take some time for your money to appear in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. 

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. 

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.
