I am hoping you can help me.


I joined Kingcasi.com a couple of days ago and deposited 20GBP with no problem. I went on to deposit a further 40GBP and the amount never reached my balance. The money has gone out of my bank 48hrs ago and still not reached my balance on Kingcasi.


I have emailed many times to support and complaints and they have not responded once, just ignored me. This is so frustrating.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
