Dear Casino Guru Team,

On 12/08/2025, I deposited 5,000 TRY at Kalitebet and played Sweet Bonanza 1000x. I purchased a feature for 6,000 TRY and won 1,328,493 TRY.

The site first told me I could withdraw without issues, but later they said I could only withdraw 40 times my deposit. They allowed me to withdraw 240,000 TRY and confiscated the rest.

When my friends asked live chat about withdrawal rules, they were told there are no such limits. This shows that Kalitebet applied unfair and arbitrary restrictions to my account.

I kindly ask for your help in resolving this matter.I need this money please help Casino Guru.
