Few days ago I have deposit 2500 EUR via instant bank transfer, at that moment when I was deposit money during the confirmation of payment I have lost my connection, I thought the money has been not deposit few minutes after I have checked my bank account the money was wel debited from my account, and I have contacted the support team, and they asked me for transaction statement and I send them ,and until now no refund and not credited my money to my casino account

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
