I have deposited on this casino several times and this time I actually won £500 (last night )and then went to withdraw the £500 and it then said I need to upload kyc documents to verify my account. I sent all the documents it asked and then when I woke up this morning my account was closed. They said I failed the kyc and that they closed my account due to it. I have asked them how have I failed my kyc and they won't say and are refusing to give me my £500 winnings. I said I'm happy to send them any documents they need and they have said no the decision is final.
