I have no problems verifying my casino account because I believe my account has been verified. The casino doesn't expect any additional documents from me. I was informed that my withdrawal is being processed and will take a maximum of 31 days. This is exactly what the casino stated twice. Today, the deadline has passed, and the withdrawal still hasn't arrived. Now the casino states that the withdrawal is being processed and that I will receive the funds once the process is complete. Unfortunately, they first inform me about the 31-day period, and then, as the time passes, they start making up other stories. When they informed me, I waited. Now, unfortunately, I feel cheated by the casino and I don't understand such positive reviews. I'm a user who has been right in every dispute on this site, so I urge the casino to immediately withdraw my funds because my funds are currently being held without any basis, and the casino isn't adhering to its own rules.
