I deposited £600 on the 3rd September and I was fortunaye enough to win back £620. I requested a withdrawal for £620 on the same day and so far I have received nothing.

I was issued a £50 VIP bonus to my account (which I have not used) and this was confirmed by email from Amelia at Doctor Spins.

I replied to the email to ask if there were any wagering requirements attached to the bonus but I did not receive a reply. I have emailed the support team 3 times to ask when I will receive my withdrawal but I have heard nothing.

I have tried there live chat but it doesn't give an answer it just say I will receive my eithdrawal in 7 to 21 days and immediately after they end the chat so you cannot make any further comments.

So far it has been 16 days since I requested my withdrawal and I must say I have no confidence in receiving it due to the lack of information I have received so far.

I will wait another 5 days and then I am at the maximum of the 7 to 21 days they are quoting for processing !!

There seems to be no reason why it should take this long unless they have no intention of paying it.

I will keep you updated after tjr nrxt 5 days.
