Case summary

The player from Australia had transferred $30 to the casino, but her requests to have the funds credited to her account were rejected, as the casino claimed they hadn't received it. Meanwhile, subsequent deposits of $10 and $30 were processed without issue, leading her to believe the initial transfer had been mishandled. The Complaints Team had advised her to contact her payment provider for investigation, noting that the process could take approximately one month. Due to a lack of response from her, the complaint was closed, but she retained the option to reopen it in the future.

I transferred $30 at 1:38pm. They have rejected my multiple requests to have the funds showing in my account to play. They are saying the funds haven't been received. I have since depsoited $10 and another $30 which were processed withour any problem. They are saying the initial 30 wasn't received but it was successfully transferred. They just don't have the pay ID I paid it in to available anymore. They have literally stolen my money.

Dear player,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

I’m sorry that we couldn’t be of much help at this time. I will leave this complaint open for a month and kindly ask you to keep us updated. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Best regards,

Natalia
