The casino is claiming that I used that address in the screenshot, but my XRP address is different. I used my current and correct XRP address but the casino is claiming that I used the one in the screenshot.


I find it so weird because I literally copy and paste the address and tag so how can it be so wrong?


I don't know what to do because they are insisting I put the address in the screenshot, but I know I didn't. And I know this based on the copy and paste and also because I've done it numerous times before.


If I recall correctly the casino/provider also claimed to have sent the funds on a previous occasion, but it wasn't.


It was a lot of money and now I'm lost for works and do not know what to do because they are forever claiming that I used that address.

hello. It's regarding a withdrawal. The screenshot on the left is my exact XRP address and tag. The screenshot on the right is the one they sent it too.


I've done many transactions via XRP and it's so simple, copy and paste and that's exactly what I did.
