I have a request of a withdraw since friday night (November 1st) and everyday they have an excuse for delaying the payment. I have uploaded all my docs to verify account, and its veryfied since friday. First of the problems was the withdraw method (Skrill) wich they said was not the same as the deposit (Revolut), but i argued with them that they dont have Revolut as na option for withdraws. They replied me saying i must deposit a small amount by skrill to solve that, wich i have done. After that day by day they told me to wait never the less in their T&C the maximum time for withdraw by Skrill was 24h..

Now they are arguing technical problems … it has been a roll of excuses and i am losing my hope of seiing the money..

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
