I received an email promotion from Brango at 4pm EST April 8, 2025. I went to claim it and was rejected. I went to chat and they denied me. I have the transcripts.

  • Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly?
  • When was the last time you have claimed a bonus in the casino?
  • When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?


Please keep in mind that if you receive a promotional e-mail, it does not necessary mean that you are eligible for it. Every bonus is a good-will of the casino and they may revoke them from any player at any time.

My account has been verified for years. I haven't received a promotion or bonus from them in over a year because they stopped giving me promotions completely. And the last time I talked to anyone from the casino aside from today was about a month or 2 ago when I asked if I had any cash back or free play available.

As previously mentioned, receiving a promotional email does not automatically guarantee entitlement to the offer. These emails are typically sent out in bulk to a large number of players, and the casino may not verify individual eligibility beforehand.

In your case, as there was no deposit made to trigger the bonus, and the promotion was not credited, there is unfortunately little that can be done from our side. Additionally, please note that casinos reserve the right to modify or revoke bonuses at their discretion, without prior notice or explanation.
