After doing deposits and playing I was given a bonus. I understand that there are restrictions and wagering requirements. I continued playing through and met the requirements of the wagering.


Their system clearly says I have 111.91 of REAL balance. 0 of bonus. And 0 playthrough balance (wagering). When I try to withdraw, the system clearly says I have an available balance for withdraw, but the casino REFUSE my requests saying that I need 110+50 to make a withdraw.


This is clearly misleading. I want my money that I won by playing the games fairly.


I have screenshots of the website but this platform at casinoguru fails to upload the pictures. I can provide them by email
