i literally just started an account tonight & made my first deposit. On the screen in highlighted letters smack in the middle it says min deposit LTC 0.260. Literally highlighted in red. I deposit 0.274 & they keep my money & say minimum is 0.3. And kyc’d me at a no kyc & said they requested it back in December on the 16th but I had just started my account tonight. I did a recording of the convo from my phone too since I was using a Chromebook to talk to support. Apparently my video is 1:19 long & too long to send on here. Do you have an e mail I can forward it too? It’s quite shady & comical at the same time

  • Have you checked the minimum allowed deposit for LTC with customer support since the screenshot you sent us shows two different minimum amounts (the other minimum amount can be seen at the bottom left)?
